styleguru79 Hello! I just got a message from another buyer stating that I accidentally shipped her your Hudson jeans. I accidentally switched mailing labels :( Please let me know when you receive your package from me as I'll need to get that sent back. Thankfully, this buyer will be sending me the Hudsons back and I will then ship them to you. I am so sorry. It was my shipping mistake.

styleguru79 @jaja1986 Thank you for responding. Actually, what you'll need to do is open a case when you receive the item. Posh will then email you a shipping label for the other girl who currently has your jeans. You both will ship the items to each other... not back to me. I hope that makes sense. Again, I am sorry for accidentally mixing up the labels. I feel really bad.

styleguru79 @jaja1986 Yes!! You are correct! Go into your Poshmark account and click on your order of the Hudson Jeans and click on Open Case on that sale. There will be instructions there to tell Posh that you received the wrong item. They will then email you a shipping label for you to send the jumpsuit to the correct girl. The other buyer will do the same with your jeans. Please let me know if you have any other questions. :)
