jeaninebrancato @momaddi I appologize for my rating. I don’t know how to delete it since I’m new to this app. The bag is great! It’s just I couldn’t use it since it’s too small, and your description didn’t have the measurements. I couldn’t write that down and u do deserve a better rating. I can’t change it though, and if you know how I’ll change it.

momaddi @jeaninebrancato My listing actually DID have measurements...you didnt look at pictures? I showed me actually measuring the item with measuring tape!!..Length, width AND height and even said SMALL in the title. So my low rating was because you didnt look at the pictures or ask for measurements if you didnt see them? Thats not fair at all! Hopefully you can contact support and find out how to change the rating

momaddi @jeaninebrancato I just looked and its right within your purchase where tou edit rating...go to your purchases and click on this purchase, scroll down and it says edit rating. I appreciate you editing it as clearly I dont deserve a one star for your mistake. I take pride in my selling and have been doing so on platforms for almost 22 years, so needless to say seeing a one star on a listing that wasnt deserved definitely shocked me!
