Hello. I'm very sorry to hear the zipper on the wallet does not work! It had worked fine before but admittedly I did not double check it before sending. I will of course honor the return if the wallet does not work. You will need to open up a case through Poshmark in order to process your refund. Please do so and I will accept the return asap. Again, my apologies.
