dalejeanne I’m so sorry I didn’t know that. I actually don’t know how this thing works they have my credit card number and I don’t know why they need to release anything so I don’t know who I talked to but it was done by credit card and they should’ve paid you immediately. I paid them OK I hope this helps and write me again if they don’t release the money but do you know what to do if they don’t I don’t OK hope I didn’t confuse you too much
