jeanne6364 On ALL Chan Luu 5 wrap bracelets there are 3 loops to fasten the silver disk to for varying wrist sizes. On your bracelet the third loop is cut off. That is the size I need. Your description DID NOT say that the bracelet was altered. This is why I want a return.

twig529 Odd because I have several wrap bracelets that have 2. I purchased most of my wrap bracelets years ago so maybe they are different now. Not sure. But I never altered this bracelet. I have good standings with Poshmark. I have always stated if something has been altered such as a watch that I have taken links out of.

jeanne6364 I owned a women's boutique for 16 years, all of those years we carried and sold Chan Luu. I have over 80 wrap bracelets, some from many years ago-THEY ALL HAVE 3 LOOPS. My friend is a rep at the Chan Luu showroom in LA and she also confirmed this. You can tell that it was cut-the ends of the leather are different than when it comes from the manufacturer. What address do I return this to? I will send it today.

twig529 When I bought this bracelet from a boutique in my area, this is how it came. I did not alter it. I have been selling on Posh since 2012 and have never been accused of altering anything.

twig529 If I had cut the bracelet in anyway, I would have stated that. If the 3 loop is true, then I got screwed over from the boutique I bought it from because I have others that have 2 loops. Maybe it was a return and the person who bought it before me cut it? I don't know really? Just trying to think of a possibility because I am an honest seller. If you want to send it back, you can send it to the address on the shipping label, I will not post my address publicly. Thank you.

I shipped out your bracelet same day, with a dust bag that I didn't even say I would provide and telling you to use the address that's on the shipping label I sent to you? And you're saying I'm being difficult? Look at the shipping label on the box I sent you the bracelet in. It's right there. Go ahead and tell posh I'm being "difficult". They know I'm a outstanding seller.

jeanne6364 Just got confirmation from the Chan Luu Showroom that the bracelet had been cut (altered). Sent me a picture of what it's supposed to look like-with the three loops AND confirmed that ALL 5 wrap bracelets have 3-4 loops. Filed a dispute report with all of the above information and photos. Just wanted to keep you updated.

kcpollard1979 Hi Jeanne :-). Thank you for your purchase of the James Perse top. I forgot to update that according to James Perse, a size 4 is equivalent to an XL. It does, however, look way smaller. Underarm to underarm measures at 19". This was in the comment section, but I forgot to put it in the description section. Please let me know if it is still ok. Thanks!
