masemom27 @tauna66 I have a woman who is looking at a pair of shoes I have listed for $8. She's demanding this and that and responded to her that she need not shop with me she's welcome to find a different closet. I'm not think skinned but I have the right to tell someone they are being rude and I won't be selling to them, correct?

tauna66 @masemom27 yes sometimes people can be rude. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. As much as we would like to be rude back. It's just better to say this is my lowest offer. And thank them for their interest in your item. And leave it at that. May I ask what she wants you to do ?

tauna66 @masemom27 sometimes you can give them a discount without you loosing any money by reposting your items at a higher price. Then immediately drop the price to your asking price and they will get discounted shipping. So it saves them money but make sure the price is dropped by 10%

masemom27 @tauna66 I don't really know what she wanted 😂 She was just so rude that I removed the item and I'll repost later. Saying how much it was really was more for my benefit because I wouldn't be so rude over such a small amount .... I wouldn't be rude at all. It just really upset me. Thank you for the help!!

masemom27 @tauna66 I blocked her and she has another profile with a different name and she found me and berated me for having a "smart mouth" among other things. I blocked that profile as well but what can I do? If she keeps creating profiles and harassing me?

tauna66 @masemom27 you can make a complaint stating a posher is harassing you and that you have blocked them but have more than one account. They will review your correspondence between the two of you.

masemom27 Hello! I need to make something clear: I am not a retailer. I am a girl with too many shoes selling them for a loss to me compared to the prices I purchased them at. This is NOT a business this is me trying to lighten my load. The items are enough and while I am thankful for the sale of the items you pay for an item and get it that is plenty fair enough. If you are looking for some crazy wrapping job or special packaging you'll have to look at a different closet. Happy Shopping!
