I’m writing in regards to the rating I got. I sent you a new pair of hunter boots. How can you say the item rate s low because of cleanliness? I have pictures that prove they were clean and brand new. I’ve never sent dirty items to customers and I’m offended because I take pride in my items. I always take extra pictures of my items sent and I’’m to dispute it. I’m spent a lot of time and energy to gain a good reputation and this rating is not correct.
