Hey Jeannette!!! Thank you so much for purchasing the Burberry bag! I have already shipped it a few days ago but I just found the replacement Crossbody strap in my posh closet!!! I can send this to you ASAP but if you do not even plan on wearing it as a cross body &don’t care for it, then I don’t want to waste time or shipping cost because Im in Georgia.. just let me know your preference & Im so sorry about any inconvenience or stress this may have caused.
