titina700 @lindemar73 I'm a Posh ambassador for a long time, I never had this kind of issue, I care a lot of about my reputation in Posh, but I'm a human and I made a mistake , you can check my reviews, and also when I sent the items I sent it right away, look the tracking, took more than a week to get to you, I ship my items the same day or next day the latest, but sometimes is not our fault is usps that take so long during holidays.

This is unacceptable. The usps are getting worse and worse. We have a family business that we run from home, we check the mailbox every day.
