pdivon Hi Jeannie I’m sorry to hear about the heel of the shoe! I always make sure my products are described as the condition they are in. When packaging them they didn’t have a broken heel. I wonder if they broke while in transit. Again I am so sorry, hope you can understand!

sweeterjeaner @pdivon yes , I’m sure they broke in transit. They do fit perfectly, and are very cute, so will get them repaired. Next time I would recommend bubble wrap, etc. Happy poshing!!

jnsssssss @sweeterjeaner anyway i hope you will be able to ship it out asap & please use a bag or a bubble mail instead of a box. i don’t think a box is necessary to use since i’m pretty sure the faux leather pink hat is lightweight & it gets so annoying to throw it outside the garbage can area after i open up the box to see my item or product of what i ordered from poshmark.
