luckyladybug4u @jeanniecarozza Loved the look of iPhone case when I got it. Then I took it to TMobile with my brand new phone to set it up. GUESS WHAT? The case doesn't fit! The rep showed me how case was lose and could fall off but worst of all, the openings on side for buttons are not even lined up right! Also, we noticed Japanese writing on back of the box. Is this a knock off Kate Spade and a cheap version of an ill fitting item. Very disappointed. Did you know about this when you sold it?

luckyladybug4u @jeanniecarozza The cover you sold me was not for an iPhone 12. It is an iPhone 11 cover. It was put into an iPhone 12 packaging. I contacted Poshmark for a full refund. Please do the right thing and cooperate. Thank you.

luckyladybug4u @jeanniecarozza Thanks, but I still need to return this. The item was not as described and going by the packaging isn't a fair excuse. I believe that sellers are responsible for the clarity of the items they sell, and the buyers should not be the ones who get stuck. Lets just proceed with the return & make this a lot easier for us all. Thank you.
