mikelance32 Hi Jeannie, I'm not sure if you got my previous message. I bought the Under Armour high top basketball sneakers, which were delivered this past Saturday. Portions of the sole of the sneakers are hard plastic-like rubber and too slick for a basketball court. Can I return them? I haven't worn them.

mikelance32 @jeanniefitzger I submitted a return request the very same day I received the order explaining the situation. Then the very next day I saw that the order was auto-accepted. I never accepted the order.

mikelance32 Buyers beware. I purchased a defective item from this Seller, who refused to work with me on resolving the matter. I filed a return request the same day I received the item, but for reasons unknown, Poshmark promptly rejected the request and auto-accepted the order. At that point, the Seller refused to engage. I would strongly advise buyers to do their due diligence when considering buying on Poshmark and from this Seller in particular.
