jedediahgrady @jngl hi I texted the number on the card included in the package because the pants didn’t fit. I was trying to see if I could get a refund or exchange for a different item

jngl @jedediahgrady oh ok unfortunately I don’t receive unknown txts through that number only phone calls and when it comes to this app it’s this apps policy to only do business through this app so usually your supposed to file a claim through the app if something is wrong ... but the app doesn’t give refunds to items if it was the item in the photos and if it was as described as far as fit goes tho items are usually final sale so most people ask for measurements

jngl @jedediahgrady and the only way to refund an item is to pay to ship it back and pay for shipping back to you again with is why this app also doesn’t support that .. so most sales on this app are final witch is why most people ask for measurements ...

jngl @jedediahgrady I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I really don’t think I deserve one star when I clearly sent you the exact item you ordered in the condition that you ordered it if it were up to me I would totally do an exchange for you. But this isn’t an actual store and I don’t have the means to pay for shipping back and forth

jngl @jedediahgrady yeah unfortunately this app would automatically take the shipping money out of my earnings and it would only allow returns if the item wasn’t what was in the listing or if it was like damaged again I’m supper sorry about that but that’s just how the app is
