Letting you know I received the two authentic Kate Spade necklaces you bought from me at a significant price below retail. I authorized the return as I wanted you to be pleased with your purchase and you were not. I wanted to let you know I am not pleased with the way you returned my items - two necklaces thrown into a large box, no bag, no tissue - they are a knotted mess - so disrespectful. I have reported the condition of the return and blocked you from my closet. Best of luck.
