We are under lockdown till 6/10. I am handicapped and have underlying conditions and i am over 60 so I cannot risk my life to go someplace to get a label printed out for something that’s NOT MY FAULT.
Would you recommend your great grandmother do this? Am I the first person to ask for help in these extraordinary circumstances?I do not have a printer to print the return label

hi Jeff I got my order today and was excited to see my new watch and leave a review but I found that unfortunately it is not running at all. I would think maybe it's the battery was dead but you just put a new one in is should not be that. I like the watch and it really suck that it seems to be broken. I sent a message to PM about it and wanted to let you know first hand and tell you exactly what I found.

hi Jeff I had a quick question for you. before I send this watch back to you. I wanted to know if the battery you put into this watch was brand new or was it a battery that was around for a while? I ask because I do like the watch and thought would it be worth trying a new battery to see if that is the issue?

That was very unprofessional of you. I bought on 12/01/20. It’s now 12/10/20 and you still hadn’t shipped my item or answer my inquiries about shipping my item. I would have rather you say you misplaced it or sold it already than to just leave me in limbo. I was really looking forward to receiving the item. Now I just canceled it as maybe that’s what you was hoping for. Hopefully you don’t do me dirty by relisting the item for whatever your reason was for not shipping to me.

@jefftopper they kept messaging me that i had to file a claim to be able to send back the coat and get the correct label - I told them that I don't want a refund, and that you had said that you were shipping the sub today, I didn't file for a refund, they said I had to to be able to ship back the coat, or something like that...tell them like I told them, just want the sub, and for you to get paid, that's it....

This makes no sense! If you had sent the Sub when you had noticed your first mistake, this would not be happening now; Are you saying that you went back to the Post Office and had them pull the Sub? That now you are refusing to mail the Sub? I have been saying all along that I don't want my money back I just wanted to get the item I paid for, and to get you paid; looking back on a bunch of your past messages, I've got to say, there seems to be a definite pattern to the way that you do business -

@sheltonmjones it does make sense. read my messages. I told you I would ship it yesterday and I did.. then you filed a claim. then I ran to the post office and retrieved it. im in a small town and do alot of buisness. it makes perfect sence. if your returning the item then I won't get paid.

If you don't feel right about the transaction I understand and just return my item. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

unfortunately when you sell hundreds of items you are not going to satisfy everyone. I try my very best with every transaction. The number of very satisfied customers is 9 out of 10. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

@sheltonmjones Since poshmark has started the claim process which I'm positive they will approve since it is obviously my error in shipping the wrong item they will send you a label to return the wrong item. You can do one of two things. I can resist the subwoofer and you can repurchase. or you can just accept a refund from me when my item is returned and my deepest apologies.

@67kyleb yeah he did that to me too. I purchased it and he never sent the item and just stop communicating with me. I had to cancel my order. All he had to do is said he misplaced it or it was already sold...but he never said anything.
