jeffsphillips @matthewwms2000 Thank you for the compliment. Very kind of you to say. I'm gay so, no, I'm not offended. I'm also a widower so not much ruffles my feathers. Three years ago my partner of 15 years was robbed at gunpoint then the guy shot and killed him. The police have no suspects and the killer and his accomplice remain at large. Poshmark is one of the ways I make a little extra cash to help make up for the massive drop in household income I've had to contend with in the wake of his death.

matthewwms2000 I can’t even begin to imagine what you must be going through emotionally. I hope if you think you need it you will seek counseling (I go to a masters in social work therapist AND a PhD psychologist for more deeply rooted psychological help). I myself ended a 30 year relationship with an emotionally abusive alcoholic 2 years ago but that pales in comparison to your story!! You’re in my prayers!!

jeffsphillips @matthewwms2000 I'm sorry, but there may have been a misunderstanding. I thanked you for your compliment because that's the polite thing to do. However, I did not reciprocate the compliment or express mutual interest in any way. There are at least two reasons for this. The first is because I feel it would be disloyal to my deceased partner who I am still in love with. After all, we didn't break up...he was taken from me.

You didn't know what they were so no fault, no foul...and no offense taken. As a client you deserve and should be treated with honesty, courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Getting the same in return allows me to provide great customer care and support. As a client you can show you care by promptly accepting the items you receive (like the necklace delivered to two days ago).

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips omg. I’m so sorry I didn’t accept that. I actually went in to do it when I received it and it didn’t show as delivered yet and then I simply forgot. Sorry. I LOVE both necklaces btw. I actually have a 14k gold and 10k white gold 24” chain and a whoooole lot of pendants (mostly sterling and sterling/gold mixed) and fir sone reason I’m groovin to these adjustable leather choker necklaces right now.

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips just so you know, since you don’t know me, I’m one of those people that actually feels others pain more than my own. I’ve literally cried less than 10 times in my life about the fucked up daily grind situations and messes we all get in, yet I’ve cried countless times regarding the emotional pain of others literally.

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips I’m purposely not reading what I previously wrote to you because I would just like to start over by sharing that I’m not a trained therapist or anything, but I’m pretty good at helping people through times of crisis and pain. I got certified as a substance abuse counselor last year in Missouri and have yet to do anything with it because I’m terrified of getting substance abusers help then seeing them relapse or die

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips I am currently looking in to a program here where people with my specific certification visit heroin addicts in emergency rooms who have been brought back to life with narcan, to try to convince them to get into treatment. As a recovering crack addict (16 years clean this dec 8), I completely understand the detestation if addiction.

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips If I implied anything sexual through any msg, that was inappropriate. I find you attractive, but not your situation you have been served up. I am incredibly spiritual however, and I hope you know the loved ones in our lives we loose I honestly believe watch over us and protect us. That gives me comfort when I’m feeling bad. You have to deal with things in a way that works best for you however.

If DiCaprio had that twisted hook/nail necklace in The Revenant the movie would have had a very different outcome. I also used it to fend off hostile bears...the two-legged variety. LOL

I’ve always been one to approach each new day like a new beginning, and to try best I can not to worry about the past. You can’t change the past, only the future. Your partner or husband would definitely want you to be happy as a human being. But I’ve never walked in your shoes so I may just be full of shit. I’m not sure. I hope at least one thing I said resonates with you and gives you some sense of peace.

The description of it sounds like a helluva ride. And now I get the “bears” joke. Lol I’m kinda guessing by what you said that he doesn’t make it in the movie.

matthewwms2000 @jeffsphillips I’ll have to admit DiCaorios best role I think was his first (I think again) “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”. How such a young actor could capture a mentally challenged character so perfect is beyond me!. And of course I’m certain that was his first Academy Award Nomination. Many have said he kibda took over where River Phoenix left off after oding, but they are really very different actors. Youth is all they really had in common at that time. Told ya, I go on and on and on
