lonetreeshop Hello! Thank you for your purchase of the tie bundle. I am very sorry - while packing your ties, the Brooks Brothers tie caught on the wire of a spiral notebook & snagged quite badly. We can cancel the transaction entirely, we can cancel and you could repurchase the two Nordstrom ties at the same discount, or I could substitute another tie of your choice from my closet. Could you please let me know your preference? Thank you! Again, I do apologize for this inconvenience to you.

cartov @sotheydid that stinks. That was the tie I wanted and bundled a couple other ties so it wasn’t $7 to ship one tie. Let’s just cancel for now and when I get a chance to look again I will let you know. Not sure how to cancel, I that something you can do?
