Hi Jeff-this is CRice. I sold you the North Face shoes that turned out to be defective. I do know they were never glued and that they seemed to be in like new condition when I listed them. I have no explanation for what happened. I apologize for the problem and want to refund your purchase price. I am waiting for Poshmark to tell me how to do that. Hopefully they will get back to me soon so that I can make this right.

@jeffdan Heard back from Poshmark. They do not allow refunds after sale is completed. Their suggestion is for me to sell you another item reduced by the amount I want to refund to you. Let me know if you have any interest in another item - or I will send a check.

@crice125 yeah because of Poshmark I'm not protected because everything is as is. I'm not really interested in anything else so I'll leave the ball in your court you can do whatever you want. I'm not sour with you at all, just was a little bummed about the shoes if I had your email address I could send you pictures of what they're doing since there's no way of adding pictures here without posting them up for sale.
