hello. you just purchased the black Coach leather purse from me yesterday. I had to leave town for a few days unexpectedly. I am returning back home on Saturday, January 18th. I would not be able to mail your purchased item until then. I hope you will not mind the delay. if you change your mind and do not want to wait a few days until I am able to mail it, I understand.

I'm very sorry you didn't feel your experience was exceptional. I'm confused as to why. You chose 4 out of 6 areas to improve: item cleanliness, item description, ship time, and packaging. Please help me understand how I could improve any of those. I shipped the next day after purchase because the PO was closed by the time it was purchased. I wrapped in tissue and packing paper and taped thoroughly, I scrubbed the shoes before I listed them and concluded what was left was stain.

@scruples3 Those areas you checked are areas that should be IMPROVED, not things that you thought the seller did well on. They don’t appear unless you choose 4⭐️ or less. Really 5 stars is supposed to be used unless you have a problem with something. Posh Ambassador status can be lost if a seller has too many less than 5⭐️ ratings.

You can also change your rating within a certain time. If you want to compliment a seller you can leave what’s called a love note (basically it’s an option to comment when you choose 5⭐️). Sorry. I’m a little sensitive because I’ve had a rash of 1⭐️s for fit which you’re not allowed to return for but I can’t do anything about as a seller. I hope this helps you! Thank you for taking the time to explain. ☺️

Hi. I just read your very hurtful and false eating on me. I refunded you and just gave them items to you with no charge because I felt so bad. A refund, free items to use or sell, an apology card expressing my sincere apology.
I guess not everyone can understand accidents happen I did everything I could to say sorry, I am sorry it wasn’t good enough. To write a rating line that after everything I did to try and express my feeling and how bad I felt.
