jls1099 @laumar1974 i had a buyer who purchased something. i did not see it and the order was canceled. The item shows SOLD and I contacted the buyer who is still wanting to purchase and i am giving her a reduction in price for the troubles. How do I make this happen? Thanks Jeffrey

laumar1974 @jls1099 Hi once an item shows sold even though canceled, you have to relist it again and then you could send the person who is purchasing it the price you would like to give it to them for.
