jillwilliams140 Jacket buttoned up and lying flat is 21 inches arm put to arm pit. I don’t see anything on the label. Hope this helps. Jill❤️

jillwilliams140 With further research it looks to be a true “medium”. I stretched arm pit to arm pit at 21 inches. It is so well made in the USA❤️
