bluangl77 Hello. I received the set of dinosaurs and the green one has a big crack in it and the flying one lost his head. It cracked off but not cleanly were you can glue it back on and it wouldn't be noticed. I would have contacted you right away but I was in the hospital. You shipped them priority so I believe you get the first $50 free insurance.

bluangl77 It has been a long time since I had to send anything back. I believe you need to fill out a form from your post office and send it to me and then I go to my post office with the box and packing material and the form. Because these pieces are heavy and were all in one box, they really needed to be bubble wrapped individually. Putting a single sheet of brown paper around each didn't work.

bluangl77 The post office bangs the box around and I'm lucky they all didnt break. If it was something cheap I would just overlook it as accidents happen. But, I paid $62.09 for them. That is a lot of money to just forget about. I'm not sure how I was supposed to contact you? I've only ordered a few things from here and didn't have a problem.
