ginnybean22 @schultzee89 i recieved my shoes and while they are beautiful shoes you neglected to put the vionic orothoheel inserts the shoes are worthless without them. I hate to open a case up but unless i have the inserts they are just regular flats

schultzee89 @ginnybean22 oh jeez! they were a reposh because I got them exactly as I sent them to you. I didnt realize they are supposed to have an additional insole. I posted in my listing that I was reposhing due to lack of arch support but I thought that maybe the flats didn't have the extra support (only have 2 pairs of vionics and they are sneakers).

ginnybean22 @schultzee89 Yah, i have to wear them becuz of my flat feet & plantar fasciitis its such a bummer becuz they are darling. yah she did you dirty becuz you would have kept them if they'd had the orthoheel insert.

schultzee89 @ginnybean22 i bet! I was wanting to try some other styles of theirs since the sneakers are so comfy. I was super disappointed with the flats so I'm glad they normally have the orthotics so ill def try another style

ginnybean22 @schultzee89 i sent the case in i also mentioned they were a reposh and you should also get a refund from your posher. That was wrong of that women to take advantage of you like that.
