unityblend @jsnarcisco it's a code that PM gives to those who register a new account and use it upon check out,,so if u already have an account then it doesn't apply. For example, if u recruit a new user and they use your code then they get a $5 off coupon and you would get $5 credit when they make their first purchase.

unityblend @jsnarcisco Hi Jen, sorry I went to sleep last night before I had the chance to tell u that another option would be to order the sweater on my website. You can't negotiate on the site but I do offer free shipping for orders $35 or more. Shipping is 5.95 on the site so that's money you would not have to pay if u order it directly there. jsnarcisco @unityblend hi I actually just had a chance to try on the clothes. The hoodie is tremendous and seems to run quite large. Do you ever do exchanges? I will absolutely not be able to wear it!

unityblend @jsnarcisco Hi Jen, PM does not support or do exchanges. The description does mention the style is slightly oversized. It is really out of my hands. The best I could do is offer a credit for u on a future purchase because I can control how much I discount items for customers.
