debrasengel Jen, I reached out to Poshmark and they said that you should file an “item not described “ and they can assist you. I asked them how to send out the correct dress but I have not been sent a new packing slip

debrasengel I hat to reach out to you but Poshmark just sent me an email telling me that it released your money because the dress was not returned to me. I told them last week that I received the dress back and told them again today that you returned the dress using their label. They have made this process so difficult. You need to reach out to them. I have told them repeatedly that I received the dress, yet they still released the funds.
