Hi there! So sorry you were dissatisfied with the item I sent. Is there anything I can do for you while the case is pending approval? I package all my items with care and look them over thoroughly before mailing. @lolab149 Hi! The shirt was in good condition but it was a lot smaller than I'd expected with the measurements you posted. My measurements were within the ranges you gave but when I buttoned up the shirt it gaped pretty badly at the front and it was quite short. I'm so sorry it didn't fit, I love the style! I would really appreciate being able to return it.

@tamjen77 no problem at all! I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything cosmetic that I missed. So sorry the sizing didn't work out, I compared against the Anthropologie size chart when I took the measurements as well, but these things do happen. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience! Please take good care of it while it's with you, & should you choose to order again, I can offer a hefty discount 😊

@tamjen77 So they review the claim, check the listing for accuracy, ask me for a statement, then make a ruling. It can take anywhere from a week to a month, but hopefully they will expedite the process. In the best case scenario, they release the funds to me, refund you, & let you keep the item, sometimes they deny the return, and sometimes they approve it. If the claim is approved, they send you a label, and once I receive the item and verify the condition, they refund you :)
