emilee_regan Hi Jen, I had asked my husband to mail the vest to you today, and he sent you the wrong package. Is there any way you could remove the paper label when it comes and send the package back through USPS? I’m so sorry for the mix up, I will send the vest ASAP. The package that’s been sent to you is my Le Tote returns. Again, so sorry and thank you in advance for any help!

jzho @emilee_regan I received an email from Posh that you had reached out to them about what happened, and they sent me an email telling me what to do to get a return label. I received the package yesterday, and I just followed through with Posh per the instructions. Hopefully they will send the label quickly. I only have a small window of time to get this out to you today , and then I will be out until Monday because if a work trip. I will let you know!

jzho @emilee_regan yes, I did get it, thank you. I followed the email that Poshmark sent me, but that is turning into a pain because they want me to open the package and send them pictures. I was confused, because I received the message from them after I received the initial message from you, and since it said you had contacted them, I assumed that was what I needed to do instead. Ugh.

jzho @emilee_regan Anyway, I’m not going to open the package, I will just try peeling the label off and doing it that way, but I won’t be able to do that until I return from out of town on Monday. I will let you know if there are any problems with it.

jzho @emilee_regan ok, I got back in town a few hours ago and just dropped off the package at the post office. I have a receipt with a tracking number should you need it, so just let me know! I apologize for the delay; the emails from Poshmark with conflicting instructions initially confused me, but I think in the end it is all sorted out just fine :)

jzho @luxuryc do I need to do anything to make another offer on the skirt? I think Posh cancelled the original deal when you thought the skirt was lost. When I go to try and repurchase it now, it says it’s already sold. Just let me know what I can do to make it happen, thanks!
