jnhasse @s39 hi, I'm sorry, for some reason I wasn't getting your messages until now. I did open up a "complaint" so to speak (for lack of a better term) due to the shorts being Turbo shorts and not Speed shorts as listed. I am waiting on a response through the Poshmark "team" as I believe that that's the way I'm "supposed" to handle it. I am new to Poshmark so I'm just trying to follow the rules stated through the right avenues. 😊

jnhasse @s39 sounds like an honest mistake. I'm not sure when Poshmark will get back to me about the return. Lulu's shorts (between the turbos, speeds, and run times) are pretty similar in look but fit very differently. I can only wear specific styles and they are cut differently and the turbos are ones that never worked for me.

jnhasse Maybe you know better than I do, but I think the transaction refund needs to come through Poshmark? Not sure how this return/refund will work. I know the email I got said to wait their decision and if they deem that the item was misrepresented (even if by mistake) that they would send me a return label.

s39 @jnhasse it's funny because I originally had them listed as turbos then someone wrote in & said they were Speed shorts so I changed the listing. I think I'm just going to start writing "shorts" because I have a hard time telling the difference between the speed & turbo. Sorry about that😕

s39 @jnhasse any yes-posh has to do the refund-they will send you a label & you just send them back to me & they refund your whole amount. Again-I apologize for the inconvenience

jnhasse @s39 gotcha. Yeah, that's probably wise to just list things as "shorts" in the future. I do appreciate your kindness in this matter too! Thank you for emailing Poshmark. I am waiting to hear back from them but as soon as I get the label, I will send he shorts back. They're just sitting in my room away from anything so they don't get dirty or anything for you.

jnhasse @s39 sorry, it's been a busy day with my kids but I meant to message you earlier today. I dropped them off at the ups store (to be picked up by usps) this afternoon (at 3:15 mtn time). Thank you for being a pleasure to work with even though they shorts didn't work out.

jnhasse @stacyswygart hello! Yes, someone else made me aware of that this morning too and I went ahead and reported it to Poshmark. Thank you though for telling me! I was unaware that hat was happening. I hope Poshmark takes care of that so no one gets scammed. Thank you as well for your purchase! I took the boots to the post office this morning so you should be receiving them in a couple days. I hope you love them!
