sarah1616 Got the green strap. The metal clasp shows quite a bit of wear. Really disappointed that i paid more than retail $8. I wouldn't classify it as excellent condition

jhartranft7 @sarah1616 Sorry you feel that way. There are up close pics of each piece of the strap on the listing and I never noticed wear on the clasp (which there are also several pics of). The strap was barely used and mostly just sat in my cupboard. Therefore it was listed as excellent condition. It was also sold out and very hard to find, hence the above retail list price.

jhartranft7 @sarah1616 From what I can figure out I can't send refunds personally, unless I'm missing something. Looks like the only way I can refund is if you fill out a claim. Then Poshmark handles the refund. You're welcome to do that if you feel that there was undisclosed issues! Again, sorry that you feel you got a bad deal. It wasn't at all on purpose. I want my buyers to be satisfied (or better yet, overjoyed) with their purchase!

jhartranft7 @sarah1616 yeah, that's what I'm seeing on their return policy too. What I meant initially is that I could just refund the $10 and you could keep the strap (which meant you'd still have been out the $6.95 for shipping). But it doesn't look like I can do that.

goldenamber67 You bought a VS bra from me for $16 and you are reselling the same bra at $28, in your rating you gave me a rating less than good stating “bad item description” and you state that you didn’t know the bra was padded, and the pictures clearly shows the bra as padded. If you were not happy I would have accepted a return. You should reach out to buyers before giving bad ratings

jhartranft7 @goldenamber67 Sweetie, I gave 4 out of 5, stated that it was beautiful and in great condition, but was not disclosed as padded - hence the item description issue. I was not aware it was padded instead of lightly lined like my other VS bras, or I wouldn’t have bought it 😣 I don’t like putting sellers through the return process. I’d rather get you the money you worked hard for and hope that I can make most of mine back (which I almost will IF the bra sells at $28). 😊
