crimebird1948 POSHMARK gives each and every buyer a three day period in which to review their purchases thoroughly, and they must make the seller aware of any problems during that time period. You did not contact me until today; well after the review period and the final pay had been released. And before notifying me of any problems or even attempting to contact me, you rated me with one star. Following that by an refund demand which would violate all guidelines is simply not acceptable.

jlr768 @crimebird1948 the shoes were not as described you even sent that in a letter. With a pair of earrings I did not ask for because you felt bad about their appearance? I’m confused?

crimebird1948 @jlr768 The shoes were exactly as shown in photo. Read the letter, again. The earrings were an overly generous token which I sent along with the shoes, to compensate for the slight blemish I found on the inner left swoosh while I was packaging the shoes. There should be no confusion whatsoever. You notified no one of any issues concerning the shoes upon delivery, during the review period, or even until after your payment had been released.

jlr768 @crimebird1948 I was out of town. I do work out of town. The shoes were VERY worn. I would have never resold those. Thanks.
