I know that Poshmark has a way to resolve this, just not sure how. maybe I pay for shipping or something. stacyana818 ok, there is actually a process. I just informed Poshmark and received an auto response saying that it happens and they would inform you to say received wrong item (I guess an option for buyers) and go from there. please advise as soon as you receive the package. I assume they will send you a return label and then I can resend to other buyer and send yours to you. never happened before 😭

stacyana818 Hi Jen, Poshmark hasn't responded. I am going to use the same shipping label to attempt to resend. if that doesn't work, then you report it was never received or tracked! I know that you will be reimbursed. I would still like to find a way to sell these to you; even if we used another method. I've seen a lot of shipping errors recently; USPS is overwhelmed. I guess this is our final attempt with Poshmark as the mediator.

stacyana818 Hi Jen, I dropped off your package yesterday and have a receipt. The new tracking#is: 9405510202061097928923 I am not sure if we would be updated since it is a new tracking# attached to a prior order #. Bluntly, I don't know if Poshmark will track since it still shows as shipped under old tracking#. perhaps you could look up this tracking# on USPS website and keep me posted.
