jenk401 @katzkoz Hi there- long time, no message, LOL. So, I've got another question for you. I have many listings with multiples of the same item for sale. I checked "multiple" items when I set up the listing. Problem is, people are having trouble adding 2 of the same item to their bundle. What do I do? As always, thanks for your help!

katzkoz @jenk401 Hi..when you set up multiple, did you also add the amount of each size or color? If you did and they can't get 2 of the same item, just make a separate listing, adding what they want and tag them with the new listing with the price you settled on. AFTER she buys it, go back to Ur multiple listing and deduct what she bought. lmk

jenk401 @katzkoz I did. I entered "multiple" and listed the number of items. I ended up having to do just what you said. Make a new listing, share it to her bundle, then adjust the descriptions. It should work better, no?

katzkoz @jenk401 Yes. Before Posh had the multiple feature...and a lot of other features....thats the way we had to do it. So, until they update that, you did it the right way. woohoo!

jenk401 @katzkoz Hi, I wonder if I could ask your advice about something? I recently had to leave town (it was sudden) and I didn't think about how to manage my account. I had 3 sales that were cancelled because I did not ship. One person very disappointed and one person said my item was a fake. I've written to all three buyers to apologize.

jenk401 @katzkoz I also asked for some more information from the buyer who said my product is not authentic. Other than apologize to all three buyers, what can I do? Next question, any tips on how to "authenticate" a NWT pair of jeans? and, finally, what do I do if I have to leave suddenly (again) and cannot attend to my account? Any mentoring help appreciated. katzkoz @jenk401 Hey! Just got back. If you havevto leave for any reason and can't attend to Posh, in yoursettings, go to MY SELLER TOOLS then click on VACATION HOLD. You can put the dates in & change it if your stay is longer. It puts all your listing unavailable and tells them when you'll be back.

katzkoz @jenk401 As far as authentication...I get that sometimes even if they are authentic. Then I have to explain why it's Authentic. Posh authenticates anything over $500 if a Posher asks. Lately, there have been a TON of LV pocketbooks that are fake and being called out. If you doubt yours is authentic, email the company with a picture and the specifics. I've done that myself.
