noellediablo FYI poshmark doesn’t use packing slips or receipts and thank you notes while nice are not mandatory. I try to minimize my impact on the environment by reusing what I can to pack my items. So sorry that was disappointing to you. Also, if you look at the pics of the boots you purchased closely you will see your complaint of tiny stones being in the tread of the sole is CLEARLY visible.

luvintokyo @noellediablo Yes, I know the photos showed pebbles. As I said, the boots are great and the reason I bought them was to have a back up when the ones I currently have go kaput! I didn’t mean for my Feedback to make you feel defensive. I was just sharing my observation about what makes buyers feel special and want to do repeat business. Thanks again for the boots.
