annaali Quick Question: when a buyer rates and comments to a seller after receiving order - Do you have to comment back and if so where ? do you say thank you etc. on the item they purchased.

jen_d79 @annaali Hi Janelle, I don’t. What I do is send a thank you note in the package when I send it out. If for any reason they have a question or comment you can always respond to them under the item they purchased. Hope this helps 💕

jen_d79 @annaali you’re welcome! I try my best to make sure the lights are on & the blinds on the windows are open to try & get as much light as possible when I take my photos. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a good shot with good lighting though.
