jlacsd @snkshoppe Thank you for your note. The heels were a good price, gorgeous and were fixable at a reasonable cost so no refund necessary. I have only asked for one refund ever because it was a business suit with stains and I can't fix that and I need something like that to be in great condition and that was how it was described in the listing. I don't think that seller was trying to misrepresent, but I can't use something like that at all.

I really don’t want to send it like that . It’s noticeable.. looks like rust 😞 I’m really sorry. I believe you can cancel the order on your end.. I don’t want to make any moves until you say ok.
