@msgoff Hi, I’ve recently had some water damage in my house & unfortunately, this + a couple other items were affected. I contacted Poshmark for best practices on how go about this. I’m so sorry this isn’t available but I would never ship anything less than what my listing says & this isn’t up to the standards I would expect. I’m working on cancelling the order & updating my listings. However, I’m new to this as well. I do apologize & I hope this isn’t much of an inconvenience as I feel it is!

@jenallen11 hello. thank you for responding. First let me say I am sorry to hear about the damage to your house. I will admit I'm disappointed because I really liked the dress, but I'm more appreciative of your honesty than anything. I have no idea how cancellations work either. I did see something that said after 10 days I can cancel the order, so I don't know if that's an option. If you find out something sooner let me know.
