I'm so sorry to hear the jacket is too small. I want to thank you for changing the rating since it was packed well and as described. I really appreciate that. I suggest checking in with Posh to see how to exchange. I'm not sure how to go about that. I too have purchased stuff before that was not fitting right. I'm just really careful now to make sure I know how a particular brand fits before purchasing. I'm so so sorry to hear it isn't fitting you. xoxo
