Hi My bank is PNC as well. I send money to my niece using the Zelle app and the way it works is I send it to her mobile phone number which I’m assuming is attached to her bank account as she gets the deposit same day. On your end you need to withdraw the complaint and accept delivery. As soon as you accept delivery I will refund the $30. I do need your cellphone number. Does this work for you?
