mspoochiee Hello! So I made a mistake and accidentally shipped you some shoes I sold instead of the sweater. I am SO SORRY! I apologize for my silly mistake. I have opened a case with posh mark support and we will get it rectified. Posh will contact you on the next steps so I can get you your sweater. Again I am soooooo sorry.

mspoochiee @jen_anne posh support say they will respond in 24 hours and tell us the next steps. I’m not sure how it works because I’ve never messed up anyone’s order. I’ve shipped so many things and I feel so bad. Hopefully they respond quickly. I think most likely they will email both of you who got the wrong package a new shipping label to send to each other? At least that’s what I hope happens. In the case that it needs to be sent back to me I will pay for overnight shipping once I get it back.

jen_anne @mspoochiee hey FYI I just saw on the faq page that the buyer should open a case and explain the wrong thing was sent. It says Step 1: Go to My Purchases Step 2: Select your order Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry and follow the prompt to open a formal case. Step 1: Click My Purchases in the drop down menu Step 2: Select your order Step 3: Select the Problems/Order Inquiry drop down menu at the bottom of the screen Step 4: Select Orders Not as Described and follow the prompts

mspoochiee @jen_anne I just got this email from Posh, check your email! Two of your recent Poshmark sales were mis-shipped. We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other.We will be sending you a separate email with tracking information for each package once the buyers ship the items. If, for any reason, the buyers are unable to receive the correct items, they have the right to request a full refund.

jen_anne @mspoochiee Hey my package went out on Wed so she should be getting it today or tomorrow. Do you know if she sent mine out? I haven’t gotten any email confirmations that it’s gone out yet. I’m going to be really upset if I don’t end up getting the sweater. :/

mspoochiee @jen_anne this is what I got back from posh: At this time, we have proceeded to issue your buyer with prepaid swapped shipping labels to quickly resolve this hiccup. Please note that we are unable to guarantee that the recipients will be cooperative in forwarding the correct item. If tracking does not update by April 29, 2018, please let us know.

jen_anne @mspoochiee I wonder how long it usually takes to update. If she shipped it yesterday I’m not sure info will show up today since mail doesn’t go on Sunday but maybe by tomorrow something will show up. She said she was going to ship out Tuesday though so if thats the case then it should have shown up by now.

Weirdly enough I dropped another order off at the post office on Saturday and 1 out of 3 boxes I dropped off hasn’t been marked as scanned in. And they were all together. My post office kind of sucks so I don’t know. I appreciate all your patience and kindness during this.

jen_anne My other problem is still pending and I don’t have the option to add notes. I’m hoping she’s being honest about sending them and maybe this evening we will get a notification but I don’t know. I’m super annoyed that she’s not handling this properly. I wish I had waited to mail her stuff. Maybe she would have been quicker to get my stuff out to me if she was still waiting on her shoes

mspoochiee @jen_anne Posh responded to me and said they will be refunding your money. I'm so sorry. I can't believe she didn't hold up her end of the bargain. Hopefully the sweater still some how by the grace of god comes and you will have it for free. I'm so sorry again for the inconvenience. Hopefully I still get reimbursed for the shoes. Please let me know if I can do anything else for you, if you ever see anything in the future you like in my closet let me know and I will hook you up. Take care!

Is there any way you can give me her info on here so I can message her thru her page or is that something you can’t disclose. It literally feels like she stole from me.

mspoochiee @jen_anne I just got a follow up email from Posh. They must have emailed her and the sweater is now tracking! It says you will have by Wednesday! So happy your finally getting it. Hopefully you still get the refund too ;)

jen_anne @mspoochiee oh yeah I saw that. I do hope I still get the refund because when they cancelled the order I went ahead and ordered the same sweater from someone else and paid for that one. So now I’m going to have two.
