heather13189 I’m sorry to see that the Kate spade bunny tote didn’t live up to your expectations. I do want to clarify that I never wrote that this was a new bag. It was in “like new condition” & never used. I did not see any “dirt” in the bag and Also did not see where the bunny ear was bent. I do apologize for the shipping time. Due to covid—19 Im sure there are delays with shipping. thank you for your purchase.
