I am so sorry for the delay! I had a bit of a personal emergency and temporarily have to rely on a friend to take packages to the post office (my post office won't do home pick-up). I added an extra item and it is all packed up and ready to go. I will hopefully get a ride today, if not it will be sent out tomorrow first thing!
