good morning. i am reaching out to provide an update for your baccarat order. i shipped it 6 days ago but for some reason, none of the items I shipped that day are scanning. Chicago has been having major postal delays and the post office rep said that they don't scan packages until they leave the main hub downtown. I have escalaed the search to the postal inspector. Hopefully we can get the whereabouts or at least a scan soon.

update: usps search request ID number is 12821025. please let me know if you received your order, as a postal supervisor instructed me that many are being delivered without having been scanned.

@jennyh78 good evening. I am unable to upload attachments to Posh but the postal service emailed me that due to Covid, they are heavily delayed and apologized, etc. If it doesn't start tracking by Friday, I will issue a refund
