marymae12 I saw your feedback right away and wanted to let you know that I sent the item the next day. I ship same day or next day. Not sure if mail was taking longer than usual. Also was wondering if the box was damaged that you rated the packing. I wrap in heavy paper and put extra tape on outside of box. You really don’t need to get back but just wanted to let you know this. Thanks for your purchase. Patrice
