Hi! I'm Jen. I’m new to posh & I am still learning how all of this works...If you have any words of wisdom, or anything I can learn, to better myself & my sales please comment. chrissylee1963 One piece of advice: Do NOT list any faux/fake unauthenticated luxury items or Posh will take your listings down AND may restrict you altogether. Even if we list a bag or something and list it as un-authentic, fake, junk, or we're unsure, it's NOT allowed. I learned the hard way but thankfully Posh is kind and reinstated my selling privileges! Whew. I only give discounts on 3 item bundles as I have many listings under $10. Happy Poshing!

jenlovesjus @chrissylee1963 I have never started any bundles...that I know of. Honestly, I don’t quite understand what it means when someone starts a bundle with just one item. I would never knowingly list a luxury item if it was not! But thanks so much for the advice, I will use it wisely. I’m sorry if there was any confusion!

rea_pparel Hello, I just wanted to give you an update on your package. I saw your it hadn’t been picked up this evening and realized we haven’t had postal service today. I called our post office at 5:30 and she assured me that our street hasn’t been visited yet, but will be. It has yet to be picked up. I’m sorry for this delay. I live in a small ski town where USPS mail can only be delivered to a POB...so you can do everything possible on your end, but our mail simply takes longer than most in a general sense. Xx

Honestly I think it’s ludicrous that a store would refuse to work with us because of resellers but nothing I could say would change her mind. I hope you got lots of wear out of your dress and I truly appreciate you supporting us as a small business of artisanal designers. windup_jz Jen, I am trying to cancel order of the boots I just bought. I did not realize they were a men's size 11 chaco boots. Please help me.
