Hi Jen, I purchased a pair of Steve Madden boots, I moved and forgot to change my shipping address, I left positive rating & accepted the order with the expectation that I would receive the boots pictured, as described!! However I just took possession of the package from you yesterday and discovered that in fact they were not the boots pictured or described?! They are a different brand & different size?

@twebber19 I'm not sure what could have happened, I haven't heard from anyone else about the wrong shoes being received and these were sold quite a while ago. do you have a picture or more info on what shoes you did receive?

@twebber19 I'm actually not sure how to post a picture on someone elses page but what color, brand and size are the boots you received? I'm going to reach out to support to see how we can handle this as its the first time anything like this has happened. I did ship another pair of boots that day so I will reach out to them as well to see if they received your order.

it appears from your listing you sold the same pair of boots twice? Once in November & again to me in December? Would explain why you sent me different boots. Once you realized what you did, you should have refunded me the money or offered me a different item. At this point I’m pretty sure you knew you sent me the wrong boots, I can’t wear the boots your sent, as they are a whole size too small...

@twebber19 I did not sell the same pair of shoes, someone bought and then canceled the order and i couldn't change the listing from sold so I relisted them, and people make mistakes I do hope you realize that, unintentional mistakes. I have reached out to support but haven't had any time to really be on here due to a death in the family and many other things in my life that I don't feel the need to have to share.

@twebber19 you should remember that you have no idea what someone else is going through and it costs $0 to show compassion and patience. I will figure out what to do and let you know when I've completed this task on top of my full time job including my night classes and being a full time mom who does everything for my family and household.

@jcrews1176 it’s been several weeks and you’ve made 0 attempt to correct the problem, I think that I’ve been patient, and understanding, given the fact that I’m out money & have boots I can’t wear. You could have offered to send me the boots I paid for and I would have returned the boots I received in error, however you’ve offered me nothing.
