Good afternoon! Thank you for purchasing the Timberland tall boot. It is on its way to you. I also sent you someone else package. Once you open a case with Posh so they can send you a free return label to ship it back? I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I accidently printed your label twice and realized to late. Hi Jen I’m not sure if this is the correct way to contact you or not. Pretty confusing website in that respect. Hey I looked for the Nike high tops for hours.
