jenbostom0713 @koofoo32 I hope they come. I show tracking says they made it to Troy IL which isn't far so hopefully. is there a shipping refund though because they were not supposed to take this long

jenbostom0713 @koofoo32 I do not get them :( This is so frustrating. My post office doesn't have them either. I called the 63141 post office and they said they were t there anymore. I think we need to file lost

jenbostom0713 @koofoo32 that's what's so weird is they had the right address. when I called the post office Friday with the tracking number they confirmed my address. they said it was a bad scan on label whatever that means 🙄 They told me it would be delivered today but then the other part office said it's lost. I guess at this point they dropped it on someone's porch and called it a day. I am sooooo bummed.

jenbostom0713 I have other hot chocolates & LOVE them-The Marie ones are sold out which is why I was so excited to find your listing- never sold on Posh just buy & have had good luck until the last few weeks-i know there are porch pirates this time of year but got other deliveries yesterday & was home all day so I really think this is USPS mistake I checked w/neighbors in case it was left nearby on wrong porch but nothing

Out of all the things I have purchased only two packages have been messed up...yours and the comments above which was USPS issue from a very nice seller who apologized that they lost my package-YOU on the other hand sent me the wrong item and I never gotten a refund nor did I ever receive what I ordered and paid for
