dogmamabling Hi Jennifer, I received your updated rating today reducing a 5 star to a 4 because you think the top was worn? The top was new with tags and was never worn, all garments sold through my business are steamed with commercial grade detergent which is the clean smell you may have noticed but it is definitely not perfume. If you have an issue with a purchase, please ask the seller for assistance before leaving a negative rating. Have a great day!

vintage_fluent @dogmamabling sorry about upsetting you - I don’t think it was worn, I only noticed the smell, which must be the commercial grade cleaner you mentioned you spray your items with. I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances and it was so strong that I will definitely wash it first. The item was packaged nicely and arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for the obvious care you put into your business.

dogmamabling @finnlieverafe 98% of my buyers expect garments to smell fresh, if they don’t they are not 100% happy. I put a lot of time in to making sure garments are clean and sanitized (used or new) before shipping. I do not spray, they are steamed in a unit. A suggestion would be to tell sellers you are sensitive to smells before purchasing. So they don’t get an unwarranted review. Good luck with your posh business.

I had a very hard time letting it go (took it off a few times even)but I just wear my brown with hood, promised myself to downsize things I have not worn. Still hard to see it go so now I’m happy your excited about it❤️makes me a lot feel better 😊

dalita777 Hi. If I report that you sent the wrong item, I have to attach pictures, then wait for Posh to deliberate. Then, one return and refund are approved, they will generate a label and I will need to ship, then wait for the to refund my money. Then you will have to relish all 3 and I will need to repurchase, so where is the part that you remedy the problem? Sounds like a whole lot of inconvenience for me
