bobbienjoying Disappointed that you found my packaging unsatisfactory. Please let me know what the issues were. I take pride in having a 5 star rating on every order up until now. Help me out so whatever the problems were, I don’t repeat them. My description clearly stated the moss was coming off and needed spraying. And I added a packet of new moss to help you out, and new silk stems to replace the described stiff one. Let me know what more could have been done. Thank you.
