premierjanvier Hi Morning, can you check with your postal office? I see a label was created a few days before they received the parcel but now it hasn’t updated for days. It’s been 7 days or so since it shipped. It is coming down to the deadline when I have to claim receipt. Can you help with this? Thank you so much!

jkenny2115 @premierjanvier Hello. I see the same on my end. I tried to call but line continues to ring. The mail system as a whole has gone haywire. I will try to go there tomorrow after work to further check. I still haven't gonna X Mas gifts for my son that I ordered the beginning of Dec. Had to give him order confirmations wrapped in a box 😒. But, anyhow..I will update you tomorrow.

premierjanvier Understood, I shipped multiple items this past holiday 2 day priority and all delivered with tracking. Can be anything considering the timeline of events that transpired.
